As the healthcare system progresses, J and D Healthcare Services progresses with it. We recognize that, with the constant emergence of advanced technology and sophisticated equipment, nurses cannot practice safely without current education. Therefore, J and D Healthcare Services require:
Mandatory in-service training every three months, carefully selected to reflect new areas in healthcare, skill reinforcement, and specific client needs.
Continuing education credits from licensed Employees.
Shift coverage - Our hiring department is always working to hire the most qualified personnel available. We maintain a list of RN's, LPN's and CNA's for shift coverage and emergency situations.
Our staff consists of only licensed, qualified professionals. We are licensed and monitored by the Division of Facility Services (DFS). We accept many forms of insurance including private insurance, Medicaid and self or private pay.
